FREE Art & Heritage Workshops

Each year, AAPI Youth Voices hosts free Art & Heritage Workshops across Minnesota, serving youth from under-resourced communities during out-of-school months. These programs introduce a wide range of artistic traditions and expand access to cultural learning opportunities, particularly for youth in rural areas who often have limited access to arts. In addition, AAPI Youth Voices organizes multicultural events that celebrate Asia’s rich cultural heritage, fostering inclusivity, equity, and cross-cultural understanding.

AAPI Leadership Clubs

AAPI Youth Voices is proud to have established Youth Leadership Clubs in schools across Minnesota, empowering young people, promoting inclusion, and amplifying underrepresented voices. These clubs build a supportive network of youth advocates dedicated to advancing diversity and equity. Through initiatives such as storytelling, interviews, multicultural events, financial literacy workshops, team bonding activities, and efforts to diversify golf, we strive to foster a more inclusive and united society.

Serving Communities

AAPI Youth Voices is proud to serve our communities by organizing and hosting concerts, facilitating tech support at senior homes, packing food, conducting food drives, mailing Christmas gifts to Africa, and delivering face masks to high-risk individuals during the COVID-19 pandemic. We also host annual fundraising concerts to support those in need.

Promoting Cross-Cultural Understanding and Educational Support

AAPI Youth Voices takes pride in presenting Culture Lectures at schools in both the U.S. and China, fostering mutual understanding and appreciation between the two cultures. To bridge educational gaps, we have also been offering free English classes—both in person and virtually—in earthquake-affected areas and remote regions, providing vital support to under-resourced communities.

One Month of AAPI Heritage Presentation

AAPI Youth Voices proudly hosted “One Month of AAPI Heritage” in May, featuring our especially crafted curriculum. Our Chapter Leaders nationwide took charge of presenting our AAPI History Sessions at their local schools, spreading awareness, and celebrating the richness of AAPI heritage.
