AAPI Youth Voices brought the vibrant essence of Asian culture to the forefront by organizing a captivating calligraphy event at Andover High School. This marked a historic occasion as the first-ever cultural event at AHS since its establishment. With an enthusiastic turnout, the principal, teachers, and students alike expressed keen interest, actively participating in the event.

Attendees left with personalized bookmarks adorned with their names beautifully written in Chinese characters, showcasing the artistry of paper calligraphy. The event proved to be a meaningful success, not only in providing a unique cultural experience but also in fostering cultural awareness within a predominantly white community, contributing to a broader understanding and appreciation of diverse cultural practices.
